the product of positive integer and negative integer is negative

rule2:

the product of two positive integers is positive

rule3 :

   the product of two negative integers is positive

  a  x ( - 1 ) =  - a     and    a x 1 = a   

            

rule5 :

If both the dividend and divisor are negative, the quotient will be positive.

  rule6 :
